First Out of the Box HVAC Solution Mini Pack System. (First innovation)

  • The Chief Engineer of Mafatlal mills gave us a problem where Window Air Conditioners were to be mounted on the first floor and the Cold air had to be taken to the ground floor.

1970-90

King of the Market
(Panasia Birth)

  • Mini Pack became the system of demand. The transition from Sheet metal contractor to out of the box HVAC consultants and manufacturers came to be. Record-breaking sales were made. A total of 60,000 units were commissioned over these 20 years.

Innovation Never Stopped

  • Since Mini Pack system lost its demand with development of new Split Conditioners so the company now decided to move towards developing a never seen before Stainless steel VERTICAL Window Air conditioners.

1992

Started the Green movement
(Energy efficiency was priority)

  • Godrej and Boyce had a problem of maintaining low Humidity in a large factory. We introduced an Air to Air heat exchanger that replaced Heaters and saved 60% of the energy that was being used on air conditioning of the factory. That started relationship with Godrej that is still strong till date.
  • Post the success of Air to Air heat exchangers, Godrej encouraged us to develop a Dehumidifier for their factory, which started a new Vertical in the company.

1993

Product Range Expansion to beat foreign players

  • Thanks to our success in Godrej, Telco (now known as Tata Motors) approached us for air to air heat exchangers for the cooling of panels of their CNC machines.
  • In the same instance an innovation was needed, and we delivered by creating a refrigerated panel cooler for the CNC machine to replace imported units.

Birth of the Comby
(AHU based system)

  • From portable & windows units Expanding to Full fledged AHUs for Pharma application
  • Incorporating the goal of Energy Efficiency, Mr Shah developed and patented a new type of DX system, Comby, that achieved the low temperatures and RH required in Pharma production zones in competition with desiccant based system but saved 30-60% energy in comparison.

All DX 20/20 Champion
(Development of Comby Subzero)

  • Mr Shah’s innovative mind never stopped. He further improved on his Comby and developed Comby Subzero that achieves 20 C and 20% RH without the use of any chemicals, heaters or any external help. It also saves 60% more energy than regular systems.
  • It was also awarded second place BRYAIR Award.

2005

From 60% energy saving to 100%
(Therm-O-Drain System)

  • Mr Shah took his knowledge and skill to the test and developed a system that is used to maintain the structure to 30 degree Celsius without the USE of any air conditioners or energy. The system incorporating draining the heat from the structure as compared to
    cooling it.
  • Over the years, he has consulted and installed over 5 Lakh sq ft of this system and has saved a lot of energy and water in the process.

New vertical of energy efficient Agro drying.
(Comby Heat PUMP)

  • With use of his extensive HVAC knowledge, he was able to develop an ATMOSPHERIC PRESSURE VACCUM DRYER (ATVAC).
  • The machine is patented and sold to many agro companies in India. His main motivation to develop said product was to minimize the wastage of agro products in the Indian economy.

Foggy

  • It is a novel water cooled condenser that is still in development. It has the potential to replace all cooling towers since it performs like a cooling tower but does not use the Water at all.
